About Rachel
An unconventional path to sensemaking
About Rachel
Rachel Fenton is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 15 years of senior experience across some of the world's largest consulting firms, including forensic accounting engagements at board level. The forensic discipline — assimilating complex financial information, identifying what is hidden or misunderstood, and delivering clear conclusions under pressure — is the foundation of everything she does. She has held board-level roles as both executive and non-executive director, and holds a doctorate in archaeology: a discipline that trained the same core skill of constructing coherent narratives from incomplete or contradictory evidence. She left large-firm consulting to direct that capability toward the founders, boards, and legal professionals who need it most — at a fraction of the cost of a traditional firm engagement.
